STAFF AT OUR CENTRE

Current staff at our Centre in Singen include: 3 physicians, 2 medical physics experts (Direction: Graduate Engineer Holger Wirtz), 8 medical-technical radiology assistants, along with 5 employees at the reception desk, in administration, and in clerical services (Department Head Anke Marx), as well as 1 nurse with additional qualification in Palliative Care.

Many staff members have years of professional experience in radiotherapy. Newer staff members are trained step-by-step in an experienced environment to master the complex tasks in their professional field.

We place great importance on the continuing education of our staff. In addition to compulsory training, e.g. in the field of radiation protection, we actively promote participation in conventions and seminars.

In 2011, staff from our Centre took part in various domestic and international profession-specific events. Our entire team participated in the annual conference of the German Society for Radiooncology (DEGRO) held in June 2011 in Wiesbaden (Photo: Anonymous).
